The School Improvement Plan
The School Development Plan (SIP) is a strategic plan for improvement. It brings together, in a clear and simple way, the school priorities, the key activities we will address to continue to raise standards and improve outcomes and opportunities for our pupils and colleagues, and the key outcomes and performance measures we intend to achieve.
The SIP is a document to support continuous school improvement as part of the reflective process of school leadership with the major components of sustaining the vision, gathering data related to that vision, analyzing the data, planning the work of the school and any interventions, implementing the strategies and actions outlined in the plan, and gathering and reviewing evidence of its successful implementation.
The Self Evaluation Document above provides a narrative of the Spinney school context, its provision and its impact for the academic year September 2018 - July 2019. It has been written under previous OfSTED framework headings.
In due course a new Self Evaluation Framework will be written to align with the latest OfSTED Framework 2019 under the headings of Curriculum, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development and Leadership & Management.
